EMD Serono, Inc., an affiliate of Merck KGaA, announced the official site opening of their new Sagamore Building in Billerica, Massachusetts, and the dedication of the Bridge to Patients. The Sagamore Building is a renovated facility designed to foster exploration and creativity, improve interactions between colleagues and enable a culture of possibilities. EMD Serono, Inc. and Merck KGaA executives, directors and employees celebrated the announcement at a ribbon-cutting ceremony with government officials from Massachusetts, and leaders of the Massachusetts life sciences industry.
