An important concept to keep in mind throughout the process is the ‘candidate experience’. When you have limited time to interact with a candidate, you need to maximize that time and gain insights to make a critical decision – a hiring decision. Missed hiring decisions are costly – how do you avoid the mistakes? It takes some strategy, planning and effort. In this workshop experience, you will get practical experience following a structured hiring process and dive deeply into how to get ‘hard data’ for soft skills during the interview. You will focus on ‘behavioral event interview’ questions that help you predict future performance of a potential candidate and how to turn the soft skills information into hard data for hiring decisions.
