The Vanguard Forum for Life Sciences Leaders is a unique program focused on developing high-level leadership capabilities and building connections among CEOs and C-Suite Leaders in the life sciences.

The Vanguard Forum for Life Sciences Leaders is a unique program focused on developing high-level leadership capabilities, and building connections, among CEOs and C-Suite Leaders in the life sciences. The program is designed to complement existing development and support programs for life sciences companies provided by venture capital and private equity firms, among others, and is designed to be accessible and valuable for time-pressed executives. Participants will engage in a series of intimate, interactive sessions, ranging from fireside chats, to workshops and panel discussions, that will address the specific challenges of Life Sciences leaders, who may be new to top leadership roles, and the sometimes-furious pace of younger organizations. There will be no podium speeches, or PowerPoint presentations. A very important dimension will be networking among members and the faculty.
