TOPICS COVERED

  • Glycan analysis of immunoglobulins
  • N- and C-terminal variants of antibody drugs
  •  Study of disulfide connectivity and monitoring disulfide exchange
  • MS based analysis of PK and metabolism of multivalent antibody drugs
  • Analysis of biosimilars in terms of variants and degradation products Lab course will be based on 1D gel and HPLC separation and LC/MS analysis of the following samples:
    • Intact proteins
    • Reduced proteins e.g heavy and light chains
    • Tryptic digests which will contain glyco as well as other peptides
    • Glycan mixtures released by glycosidase digestion of either the glycoprotein or enzyme digest

Cost for this 2.5 training: $1900 per person, Industry and Government $700 per person, Academia.
