You will have an opportunity to hear from several of our member companies of the benefits of being part of the growing South of Boston innovation ecosystem. \nCome see for yourself how the Boston/Cambridge biotechnology supercluster now extends south of the city to form a Boston-Providence innovation corridor. Join in the celebration and envision a future for yourself and your company alongside these pioneers. The groundbreaking R&D activities going on within our laboratories are making a lasting contribution to the growth of the life science ecosystem in Southern New England. We are deepening the partnership with Wheaton College’s Diana Davis Spencer Entrepreneurship Center and other universities in the region. Our goal of creating a large campus consisting of R&D and manufacturing facilities is well underway. \nOur Phase II expansion was made possible through Massachusetts Life Science Center’s Capital Program Grant and the matching contribution from a private foundation. Bioinc is celebrating the MLSC commitment to developing the life sciences across the Commonwealth\, which includes the growing Southeastern Massachusetts life science cluster. \nThe new Phase II buildout’s key feature is a state-of-the-art BSL-2 laboratory space. The laboratory project is a renovation of an old glass factory and was built based on the modern concept of the lab design. Mansfield Bio-Incubator is a combination of open and private laboratory spaces seamlessly intertwined with meeting space to stimulate collaboration and creativity. We serve a variety of companies from a single founder start-up to a medium-size company ready to start product manufacturing. \nIn addition to the ribbon-cutting\, the keynote program will feature local\, state\, and federal elected officials\, trade organizations\, and local institutions of higher education.
