This two-session, interactive course helps participants build effective interpersonal skills and provides tools for objective and subjective self-evaluation – both critical to success in the biotech industry. Through a combination of discussion, demonstration, group exercises, peer and coach feedback, homework and substantial practice, individuals will learn to identify their own communication strengths and will work on developing the areas that need improvement.
Topics covered will, in part, be determined by participants who will be encouraged to bring their individual concerns to the training. In addition, focus areas will include the following valuable topics:

Handling Questions
Controlling Personal Bias
Avoiding Emotional Hooks
