ABL and BECMA invite business and nonprofit leaders for a free panel discussion that will highlight resources and guidance for small organizations as they navigate the impact of the economic and health crisis caused by COVID-19.

Moderated by Segun Idowu, Executive Director of the Black Economic Council of Massachusetts (BECMA), panelists will share the local, state, and federal resources and economic relief available now, as well as discuss the systemic policy changes needed to better support and sustain small businesses and employees through the recovery. Panelists will also answer questions from business leaders; speakers include:

•Quincy Miller, President, Eastern Bank
•Natalia Urtubey, Director of Small Business, City of Boston Mayor’s Office of Economic Development
•Margaret Laforest, Regional Director, Massachusetts Office of Business Development

ABL is committed to offering free programs and resources to the business community as we navigate the COVID-19 crisis together. This program is hosted in partnership with BECMA. This series is made possible by the support of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts.

The Alliance for Business Leadership (ABL) is a coalition of progressive CEOs, entrepreneurs, investors, and business leaders at all levels who believe that social responsibility and the sustainable growth of the Massachusetts economy go hand in hand.
