MassBioEd Life Sciences Workforce Conference
This one-day, annual conference brings together industry, academic institutions, training providers, and community leaders to explore the issues we face in developing and accessing talent to fill our current and future workforce needs.
The conference features industry panels, Q&A sessions, and time for networking. New this year is the Industry-Educator Advisory session where companies and educators have an opportunity to meet one-on-one to share the needs companies have of future candidates and curricula educators can explore to meet those workforce needs. With our notable panelists and facilitators, we will explore the challenges and demands of today’s labor market, best practices for talent acquisition, and building partnerships between industry, educators, and the public sector to creatively identify and secure new talent.
