Technology as a Change Agent in Health Care
In this Harvard Medical School Executive Education webinar, Vivian Lee, PhD, will discuss lessons from her book, The Long Fix: Solving America’s Health Care Crisis with Strategies that Work for Everyone, and from her experiences as a former CEO and dean at University of Utah Health and now President of Verily Health Platforms (Alphabet). She’ll discuss lessons about leading change with respect to three main key constituents in health care—patients, clinicians and payers (employers)—and explore the role of data and technology in that change.
