Good Start Genetics recently completed an $18 million Series A financing and is the first company to repay one of the Center’s Accelerator loans. In May, 2009 Good Start Genetics was awarded a loan of $500,000 from the Center in the first round of a program that provides working capital to early-stage life sciences companies. The loan has been repaid in full, with interest.
