Dr. Susan Windham-Bannister, President and CEO of the Mass. Life Sciences Center, joined NECN to discuss what’s been happening within such a vital segment of the economy. ICIP grants have also been announced. $1 million in grants went to Mass. companies that are working on partnership projects in other countries.
$3 million in grants were also given out to schools to help train students studying in the life sciences field. Schools who received grants were Quinsigamond Community College, Quincy College, Mt. Wachusett and Framingham State.
