The Massachusetts Port Authority board has tapped Lincoln Property Co. to build a life-science and technology career training center and a Silver Line station on a Massport-owned parcel on Congress Street in the Seaport District.
The center will aim “to expand access to jobs in the life science industry, particularly serving those populations that have been underrepresented in this sector,” Massport said.
