Powering Progress at the 2026 MedExecWomen Conference

The Massachusetts Life Sciences Center (MLSC) was proud to sponsor and participate in the 2026 MedExecWomen Conference. The annual conference brings together high-level female leaders from the MedTech ecosystem to explore industry trends, enhance executive leadership capabilities, and cultivate powerful professional relationships.

The event featured a variety of inspiring panels led by innovators from across the industry, alongside engaging networking opportunities and an MLSC sponsored pitch competition. MLSC Chief Operating Officer Elizabeth Graham served as moderator for the pitch event, which spotlighted four groundbreaking life science companies. Among the pitch presenters were Vera Hoffman of Reveal Pharmaceuticals, Samantha Johnson of Tatum Robotics, and Jean Pham of Cellens, three previous awardees of the MLSC’s Massachusetts Next Generation (MassNextGen) Initiative, as well as Zoe Watson of Microvitality, a 2025 Eddies Award winner, which was sponsored by the MLSC.

Congratulations to Reveal Pharmaceuticals, the winner of this year’s pitch competition, for its innovative work in developing a next-generation MRI contrast agent, which uses manganese rather than gadolinium to improve patient safety, environmental impact, and healthcare supply-chain resilience.

The MassNextGen Initiative is designed to support underrepresented entrepreneurs by providing them with a year-long customized package of support, which includes non-dilutive grant funding and access to a network of seasoned professionals from the life sciences ecosystem helping them to refine their business strategies and effectively raise capital.

Applications for MassNextGen are currently open until June 12, 2026 at 1 p.m. EST. Click here to learn more.
